INITIAL CONSULTATION: The initial consultation is free.

PROJECT PRICING: Work is charged by the project and includes up to two rounds of revisions. Projects that go beyond two revisions are charged at the standard rate of $60 per hour. The project prices are for design only and do not include third-party printing or shipping costs, domain name registration, or website hosting.

PROPERTY RIGHTS: You own your finished product but we reserve the rights to the ‘ingredients’ used to create your images, including fonts, illustrations, patterns, stock photos/art, textures, color combinations & shapes. We reserve the right to display your final design in our online and print portfolio.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due and immediately payable once the project is finalized and before final files will be provided. Larger projects will require a deposit before work begins. We do everything we can to work within your budget and occasionally consider barter opportunities.

COPYRIGHT: By sending specific images or files to Gathering Light Graphics, the Client represents that they are the sole author of the work and possesses all rights to use such specifications, images or files, including but not limited to any exclusive licenses. Client further represents that the specifications, images or files do not infringe upon any statutory copyright, common law right, trademark, license or any other proprietary right. In furnishing such specifications, images or files to Gathering Light Graphics, client agrees to hold Gathering Light Graphics harmless against any claims whatsoever associated with their use or exploitation.
